Total Building Systems Consulting LLC was founded in 2024, boasting a wealth of experience that spans nearly 15 years across various industries. We serve as the primary layer of quality assurance for building systems, addressing everything from basic needs to intricate forensic investigations. Established by University of Hartford graduate Paul, who began his career as a Commissioning Engineer, quickly developed a passion for expanding his expertise. As a hands-on, creative mechanical engineer, Paul excels in management and troubleshooting throughout the East Coast, focusing on thermography, existing condition surveys, commissioning, building envelope systems, and anomaly detection. Paul's interests have driven him to pursue further education and certifications at various institutions. This commitment to quality results motivates him regardless of project size or complexity. With a solid understanding of construction means and methods, we proactively prevent, identify manage, and resolve issues throughout all building systems and types. We offer practical solutions and foster a collaborative environment for the project team. TBSC has dedicated 15 years to the construction industry, with the majority in full-time consulting, commissioning, and building forensics. Our diverse expertise allows us to provide a range of services from concept to closeout, staff training, warranty periods, and ongoing facility operations.
